ABOUT AS4U

AS4U WAS FORMED IN 2008 PROVIDING COMPANIES WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE ACCOUNTING
AND BUSINESS FIELD FROM ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
FOR BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE COMPANIES. AS4U UNDERSTANDS BOTH THE FINANCIAL AND
OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF RUNNING A BUSINESS AND UNDERSTANDS THAT BUSINESS NEEDS ARE
DIFFERENT FOR START-UP COMPANIES, GROWING COMPANIES, OR MATURE COMPANIES. AS4U
HAS THE ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE THE DIFFERENT NEEDS AND PROVIDE THE LEVEL OF
SERVICE YOUR COMPANY NEEDS.

Monique received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from UNLV in 2000 and has been a
licensed CPA in Nevada since 2004.  Beginning her career at Arthur Anderson,
Monique has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and business field in
positions ranging from entry level to management for both private and public
companies.

Prior to starting AS4U, Monique held the position of Director of Treasury at
Station Casinos, Inc.  As Director of Treasury, she was responsible for various
cash and financing related functions including:

 * Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual debt compliance packages
 * Preparation of financing related materials such as offering memorandums,
   lender presentations and models
 * Analysis of daily cash needs
 * Facilitation of borrowing and payments under credit line
 * Preparation of budgets
 * Preparation and review of SEC filings
 * Monique is also a member of the Nevada Society of Certified Public
   Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

whether that means recording of daily activity through completion of financial
statements or oversight of an in-house bookkeeper.  AS4U is here to provide you

BOOKKEEPING:

AS4U offers a variety of bookkeeping and accounting services provided by
experienced CPA’s who pride themselves in providing timely and accurate service,
a reputation of honesty and integrity, personal contact and development of
one-on-one relationships.

Bookkeeping services that AS4U offers include, but is not limited to:

levels to get the projects complete.

SEC Financial Reporting
