STUDENT MAY PURSUE LAWSUIT FOR COVID ONLINE SWITCH

For the second time this month, a federal appeals court reversed a lower court
and held that a student can pursue his breach of contract lawsuit against a
university in connection with its switch to online courses during the COVID-19
pandemic.


BERKLEY PROFIT SOARS 98.7% IN SECOND QUARTER

W.R. Berkley Corp. almost doubled its net income for the second quarter, to

   Back in the 70s, when unions were stronger, 16 airlines – most of which
   disappeared long ago – used a controversial mutual aid pact to insure against
   lost revenue during strikes.
