Cancellation requests made after June 14 and before July 11 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee (this applies to all registration types including guest and spouse fees.) After July 11, requests for refunds will not be honored. Unused registrations or "no-shows" will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing nacomeetings@naco.org.
