   Cancellations, Transfers & Substitutions
   
   Registration fees include all sessions and functions that are part of the
   official program. Registration fees do not include transportation or hotel
   accommodations. Registrations cancelled by June 14 will be refunded less a
   $50 administration fee. Cancellation requests made after June 14 and before
   July 11 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the
   registration fee (this applies to all registration types including guest and
   spouse fees.) After July 11, requests for refunds will not be honored. Unused
   registrations or "no-shows" will not be refunded. All cancellations must be
   made in writing by emailing nacomeetings@naco.org. Telephone cancellations
   are not accepted.
   
   To transfer a registration, please contact nacomeetings@naco.org and provide
   the name and email of the person whose registration you are transferring and
   the name and email address of the person to whom the registration should be
   reassigned.

   We have wide open parks and spaces to enjoy in Adams County, along with a
   huge variety of restaurants, golfing, entertainment venues hosting live
   music, wineries, and so much more. Downtown Denver is 20 minutes away where
   you can take in an art exhibit, a play, a sporting event, or visit one of
   many world-class restaurants. If a mountain adventure is more your style,

   DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
   
   Located just 15 minutes from The Gaylord, Denver International Airport (DIA)
   is the third-busiest airport in the world with up to 69 million passengers
   traveling through each year. DIA hosts rideshare services, numerous rental
   car offerings, and direct access to the Gaylord via the Denver Light Rail.
   Gaylord Rockies offers a shuttle to/from the first stop on the light rail –
   61st and Pena.

   The Gaylord Rockies is the conference headquarters and will host all
   conference sessions unless otherwise indicated. Overflow housing has been
   secured with special rates but you must register for the conference before
   booking your room. Information about how to make a hotel reservation in the
   NACo block will be available in your registration confirmation email. The
   official cutoff date is June 22 after which time, the negotiated rates will
   no longer be available. However, the Gaylord will sell out quickly - likely
   well before June 22; don’t delay in registering and making your room
   reservation. All rates listed are excluding tax.

you take advantage of our beautiful county and state while you're here for the
conference. 

We have wide open parks and spaces to enjoy in Adams County, along with a huge
variety of restaurants, golfing, entertainment venues hosting live music,
wineries, and so much more. Downtown Denver is 20 minutes away where you can
take in an art exhibit, a play, a sporting event, or visit one of many
world-class restaurants. If a mountain adventure is more your style, there are
plenty of options within an hour or two from Adams County.

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Located just 15 minutes from The Gaylord, Denver International Airport (DIA) is
the third-busiest airport in the world with up to 69 million passengers
traveling through each year. DIA hosts rideshare services, numerous rental car
offerings, and direct access to the Gaylord via the Denver Light Rail. Gaylord
Rockies offers a shuttle to/from the first stop on the light rail – 61st and
Pena.

The Gaylord Rockies is the conference headquarters and will host all conference
sessions unless otherwise indicated. Overflow housing has been secured with
special rates but you must register for the conference before booking your room.
Information about how to make a hotel reservation in the NACo block will be
available in your registration confirmation email. The official cutoff date is
June 22 after which time, the negotiated rates will no longer be available.
However, the Gaylord will sell out quickly - likely well before June 22; don’t
delay in registering and making your room reservation. All rates listed are
excluding tax.
