   Dear Valued Customer,
   
   Effective January 1, 2022, Golden Barrel will no longer be fulfilling retail
   website orders from our manufacturing facility in Honey Brook, PA. This means
   that customers will no longer be able to pick up orders in Honey Brook, nor
   shipped via UPS.
   
   When customers go to place an order online, they may be redirected to one of
   our Distributors. In addition, our Customer Service Team will no longer be
   fulfilling less than pallet or mixed pallet order quantities and will be
   directing customers to a Distributor.
   
   If your needs have changed and you are now able to order full pallet
   quantities, orders may be placed directly with Customer Service by calling
   (800)327-4406.
   
   Our decision to make this change was made primarily due to the continuing
   labor issues that we have been experiencing for the past several years. This
   change will allow our organization to concentrate on manufacturing for the
   ever-growing demand of Golden Barrel products through the proper supply chain
   process.
