CONGRESO LEVANTA EL ANTEJUICIO POLÍTICO A CASTILLO PARA SER INVESTIGADO POR
GOLPE DE ESTADO


LA DECISIÓN SE TOMÓ EN LA MADRUGADA EN UNA SESIÓN QUE ESTUVO LLENA DE INCIDENTES
Y QUE SE EXTENDIÓ HASTA LA MADRUGADA. AHORA FISCAL DE LA NACIÓN PODRÁ INVESTIGAR
SIN IMPEDIMENTOS.

El pleno del Congreso aprobó la madrugada de este lunes presentar el proyecto de
resolución leguslativa para levantar el fuero del expresidente Pedro Castillo,
quien es investigado luego fracasar en su intento de dar un golpe de Estado el
último miércoles.




Tras la presentación del proyecto de resolución por la Mesa Directiva se detalla
que se trata de levantar el antejuicio político a Pedro Castillo por la
condición fragante del delitos y declarar haber lugar a formación de causa
penal.

La medida se aprobó con 67 votos a favor, 45 en contra y 0 abstenciones.



La propuesta de resolución legislativa se aprobó luego de que la fiscal de la
Nación, Patricia Benavides enviara un documento en el que se daba cuenta de que
Pedro Castillo Terrones estaba siendo procesado por rebelión y conspiración,
delitos por los que fue detenido en flagrancia.



En vista de dicha comunicación, la Mesa Directiva convocó a una sesión
extraordinaria para el domingo 11 de diciembre para debatir y votar el
levantamiento del fuero a Castillo, al cual tiene derecho por haber sido
mandatario.



Durante la sesión se registraron incidente entre congresistas oficialistas y del
grupo opositor. Las bancadas de izquierda mostraron carteles y gritaron arengas
en favor de la liberación de Castillo Terrones y pidiendo el adelanto de
elecciones.


HUBO GOLPES EN EL HEMICICLO

En horas de la tarde del domingo, a poco de iniciado el pleno, el legislador del
Bloque Magisterial, Pasión Dávila, agredió por la espalda, y de manera violenta,
a su colega Juan Burgos (no agrupado) este domingo luego de que se suspendiera
la sesión del pleno del Congreso en el que ambos participaban.

Las cámaras presentes en el Hemiciclo dan cuenta del momento en el que Dávila va
hacia el escaño de Burgos y, cuando estaba de espaldas, le propina un duro golpe
en el rostro.

Luego de la lamentable agresión, Burgos corre tras él para responder por el
golpe, pero es detenido primero por Américo Gonza y por el vicepresidente del
Congreso, Alejando Muñante.
