Timecard Approval Duke Perinatal Work Week End Date: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Choose person to view weekly timecard. Total Hours Approve The worked hours indicated above are actual hours worked based on the punched time reported. Invoiced hours will be rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval for each punch in / punch out entry. I agree to all Terms as defined. Click this Link for Terms. Time Approval Instructions If all reported time listed above is correct: Click the “Approve” box for each person you would like to approve. To finalize the approval, click the “Approve selected time for the week”. Your approval is complete. If reported time listed above is incorrect or you wish to review detailed daily entry information: Click on the individual’s name you wish to review or correct. A window will open allowing you to see and edit daily time entries. When you have finished reviewing or correcting entries, click the “Save revisions” button. You will then be directed back to this screen and your changes will be reflected. Verify the information is correct; click the “Approve” box for each person you would like to approve.
