How do I meditate properly?

Most people who are new to meditation wonder if they are meditating properly.
After all, there are many misconceptions about what meditation is, and what
should happen during meditation. Meditation is not about emptying the mind of
all thoughts and emotions, but rather, learning to relate to these thoughts and
emotions in a new, healthier way. To learn to meditate properly, it’s best to

habits that will lead to a beneficial, long-term meditation practice.

How do you stabilize your mind?

Our minds are busy, distracted, and easily thrown off balance. The best way to
stabilize the mind is with a consistent meditation practice. If you’re new to

advanced meditation practitioners can benefit from the stability of following a
