El objetivo general que buscamos con esta rutina de gimnasio para mujeres / chicas es ganar/aumentar masa muscular (hipertrofia) en la musculatura de la espalda y hombros, principalmente en los dorsales y deltoides (secundariamente, también trabajaremos los brazos: bíceps y tríceps). Si eres constante, combinas los entrenos con ejercicio aeróbico y mantienes una alimentación adecuada, además de aumentar músculo, conseguirás mantener niveles de grasa reducidos (adelgazar), lo que te permitirá tonificar, marcar y reafirmar la musculatura general de dichas zonas. La rutina de hombro y espalda para mujer mostrada es un ejemplo en el que aparecen 8 ejercicios agrupados en forma de biseries. Recuerda que antes de realizar estos ejercicios de espalda y hombros debemos efectuar un calentamiento previo. Del mismo modo, es necesario adaptar las cargas a nuestra condición física, según seamos principiantes, intermedios o avanzados. Aunque se trata de un entrenamiento apto tanto para mujeres como para hombres, su diseño se ha llevado a cabo centrándose en un trabajo que realce la figura femenina, dando prioridad al trabajo de la espalda alta y de parte medial del hombro con el propósito de crear un mayor contraste entre la tercio superior del torso y la cintura, la cual, como consecuencia, obtendrá una apariencia reducida. Os animamos a que probéis este entrenamiento y comentéis cuál ha sido la mejor rutina de espalda y hombro para mujeres que habéis hecho. Para nosotros, sin duda, esta ocupa una posición destacada.
