Review Pay Equity Analysis

We confidentially review workforce and compensation data in your pay equity
analysis.

Understand Pay Discrepancies

Together, we discuss underlying causes for any pay inequity found.

Create Tailored Action Plan

With you, we make an Action Plan unique to and feasible for your company.

Agree To Plan and Certification

Once you agree to carry out the steps within your Action Plan, your company will
be a Certified Fair Pay Workplace.

Share Your Certification

We will provide you with Brand and Communications Guidelines full of resources
to communicate this milestone with your internal and external stakeholders.

Undertake Annual Review Process

Once certified, you will have periodic progress check-ins with your Pay Equity
Advisor.

PAY GAP VS.
PAY EQUITY

Fair Pay Workplace does not simply address pay gaps. We provide analyses,
resources, teamwork and certification to address pay equity on the whole. You
see, there is a difference between the two, and to make a difference you’ve got
to know the difference.

A pay gap is the difference in pay between two groups of people of different
identities.

For example, Black women in America, across all professions, make 58 cents for
every dollar paid to non-Hispanic white men. That’s a pay gap.

Pay equity means equal pay for equal work among individuals of all identities.

For example, take a role like customer service representative. If a company is
practicing pay equity, that means every representative with the same general
education and level of experience is paid the same amount — across every race,
ethnicity, and gender, and their intersection. Equal work, equal pay.
