As a Certified Personal Trainer and Biomechanics Specialist specializing in
balance, fall prevention and stroke recovery, my professional goal is to help
those struggling with physical challenges to reach their fullest potential. I
believe knowledge is power, so educating other professionals, clients, and
caregivers is important to me.

I train all ages and fitness levels from the unfit to the fit, helping you
become the best you, you can be.
