Margaret Valette O’Connor is an award-winning Irish businesswoman, Business
Consultant, and an Executive Life Coach. She is the former Managing Director of
Quigleys, Café, Bakery, Deli – a bakery and coffee shop chain based in the
Republic of Ireland which Margaret and her team grew from one location in 1988
to eighteen, employing 195 staff on the back of sales of €9 million.

Margaret stood down from her role at Quigleys in June 2019 and has completed her
Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate
Business School, Dublin and is now a part of the UCD Alumni Network.
