The Institute for Finance & Banking focuses on current issues in the fields of
finance and banking, with a predominantly quantitative-empirical research
orientation. Central focus is on the importance of banks for corporate
financing, ratings of companies, corporate valuation, as well as the
determinants of stock returns.
