right now, and a fresh clip has been released today. The clip comes from
Fandango, and it expands upon a scene we've seen in snippets in trailers for the
film's different versions. While cooking the breakfast meal for family members
members, Ellie finds herself in the grip of a dark force. Ellie's children and
her sister Beth look on in absolute shock.

Director Lee Cronin's (The Hole in the Ground) Evil Dead Rise is coming
exclusively to theaters on the 21st of April, 2023. Gabrielle Echols
(Reminiscence), Morgan Davies (The End) and Nell Fisher (Splendid Isolation)
appear alongside Alyssa Sutherland and Lily Sullivan.

Here's the official plot synopsis to Evil Dead Rise.

"In the 5th Evil Dead film, a tired and exhausted Beth pays an overdue visit to
her sister Ellie, who is raising three children on her own in a cramped L.A
apartment. The reunion of the sisters is interrupted by the discovery of a
mysterious book buried deep within the bowels of Ellie's house, giving the
appearance of flesh-possessed demons and forcing Beth into a primal battle for
survival as she faces the most frightening mommyhood story you can imagine."



Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell and Robert Tapert are producing Evil Dead Rise.
According to Campbell, the three have been "very involved" with the project at
every stage of the process.

We've got a terrifying new clip that you can watch for Lee Cronin's terrifying
movie Evil Dead Rise. The video focuses on Ellie, the mother of the film, Ellie,
in the kitchen making delicious eggs, and their shells. Her younger sister Beth
arrives with her three kidsand quickly realize that something is very off.

Ellie appears to be possessed, and she begins telling them a terrifying story.
While she's talking to her family, she realizes that she's being possessed. She
informs Beth to never let the demon that's possessed her harm her children. Beth
is now charged with safeguarding her children from the deafening nightmare that
has possessed their mom.

In this story, "a road-weary Beth pays an unscheduled visit to her sister Ellie
who is raising three kids by herself in an uninviting L.A apartment. The reunion
of the sisters is cut short by the finding of a strange book deep in the bowels
of Ellie's building, giving the appearance of flesh-possessed demons and
thrusting Beth into a tense struggle for survival as she is confronted by the
most terrifying motherhood scenario that she can imagine."

The film features Alyssa Sutherland (Vikings) and Lily Sullivan (Picnic At
Hanging Rock).Gabrielle Echols (Reminiscence), Morgan Davies (The End) as well
as Nell Fisher (Splendid Isolation). Evil Dead Rise is slated to release on 21st
April 2023.
