MyWorkplace – the easy way to find out what’s going on with your pension

We’re contacting you in relation to your Pearson pension plan policy number
ending 0322.

It’s important to keep an eye on the money you’ve built up in your pension and
to review where your pension savings are invested to help make sure you’re on
track for achieving your future plans.

We want to help and that’s where MyWorkplace comes in. It’s our new safe, secure
online portal where you can access and manage your pension.

Your account is already set up, you just need to activate it. Read all the
information in the blue box below and follow the link to get started.

Once logged in you'll be able to:

Get an up to date valuation of your pension as easily as checking an online bank
account

Monitor how your pension is performing using our tools

Choose and switch the funds or the investment approach your pension is invested
in

An app makes life easier

A great feature of MyWorkplace is that as well as being able to access
MyWorkplace via the web, you can also access it through our handy ‘MyWorkplace’
app available through the App Store or through Google Play. It's great when
you're out and about and lets you quickly log in to check on your pension using
fingerprint or facial recognition*.

It's time to activate your MyWorkplace account

Click your personal "Activate" link to get started.

This link is valid for 28 days. It's unique to you to give you access to your
plan, so please don't forward it to anyone.

To access everything MyWorkplace offers, you'll be asked some additional
security questions - it may help to have your policy documents to hand.

Alternatively, you can choose to do this with photo verification. If you choose
this option, you'll just need to have your valid UK driving licence or passport
to hand.
