   First, the Talent Community Dashboard gives CRM customers insight into their
   Talent Community form submissions. This insight is shown through 3 specific
   sections:
   
    * What kind of traffic are you receiving?: The number of unique visits,
      visitors, and top pages, as well as other analyses of visits and traffic.
    * Where is my traffic coming from?: A breakdown of traffic by source and
      location.
    * Is your traffic converting to candidates?: The number of form signups,
      along with conversion rate statistics.
   
    
   
   With this insight, you can determine the following:
   
    1. Am I promoting my Talent Community enough to proactively populate my CRM
       with candidates?
    2. Do my conversions tend to come from the same marketing source OR
       geolocation? Should I focus my sourcing investment in those areas?

them on in new iCIMS.

   To enable this functionality and create new search locks, admins must reach
   out to iCIMS Technical Support or their iCIMS technical point of contact.
   iCIMS adds all requested search locks to a new Search Locks tab on the Admin
   Settings page, where admins can view each search lock and edit the filters
   that make up each one.

One of the products I personally am so excited to see grow and evolve is iCIMS
Video Studio. I know a lot of folks are wondering if the questions come
preloaded with Evergreen Video Studio. I'll let Video Studio Project Manager

Is anyone else aware of this change? Dashboard queues were updated immediately
prior to this change and now we have to wait 15 minutes for them to refresh. We
have multiple users accessing the same dashboard queues, so they will constantly
be out of sync.

Dashboard reports are currently set to refresh every 15 minutes. Here is the

Dashboard Widget Caching Update

 * Products: iCIMS Applicant Tracking (ATS), iCIMS Onboarding, iCIMS Offer
   Management

To ensure optimal system performance, data displayed within dashboard widgets is
now cached up to 15 minutes by default, meaning updated data is retrieved by the
system every 15 minutes. Previously, the data displayed within dashboard widgets
was cached up to 5 minutes. This new caching limit can be configured to 10 or 5
minutes if required by your organization by contacting iCIMS Technical Support.

Notes:

 * Upon accessing a dashboard, if data is not currently available in the cache
   for a specific widget, that widget displays a question mark until the data
   becomes available.
 * To boost efficiency, the cache is stored across multiple users where
   possible, meaning that data for dashboard widgets shared by multiple users is
   retrieved when the first user loads their dashboard within the past 15
   minutes. If another user accesses that same dashboard widget within 15
   minutes, the shared cache is leveraged to avoid additional load times.
