HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

This site collects as little information about you as it can. Limiting our data
collection is good for you, it’s good for us, and it makes our lawyers grin, in
a good way.

What are some examples of information we collect about you? We’re tickled you
asked. First off, there’s the information you voluntarily enter directly into
our site, such as the information you type into forms like a registration form
or when you send us feedback. Or that handy chat window. Then there’s the lovely
“contact us” page. We’re especially proud of that one. All this information we
collect from you is used to help us serve you better.

IP address. If IP addresses weren’t so stinking helpful in those cases where
people try to hack us, we probably wouldn’t even collect them. But we do.

Jellyvision uses 128-bit or better encryption over what our savvy engineers call
Transport Layer Security. This protects the information flowing into and out of
our website so that others won’t be able to see what you are doing. It also
protects both you and us by preventing others from changing the information we
are sending you, or changing the information you are sending us. That would be
awkward.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

You can choose not to give us the information, or stop visiting our website at
any time. You can also opt out of receiving future marketing communications from
Jellyvision, or adjust their frequency, by updating your subscription

WHAT INFORMATION WILL JELLYVISION NEVER ASK FOR?

Jellyvision will never request sensitive information such as a social security
number, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from a bank or credit card, or a
driver’s license number. We also don’t ask for a home phone number or address.

HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

We are committed to providing you with the best possible user experience and,
therefore, one of the key uses of your personal information is to communicate
with you. By providing your personal information, you consent to us contacting
you. We use email communication to inform you of helpful new ways for using our
tools, announce improvements to our software, inform you of other products we
offer, or inform you of special offers specifically related to products that may
be of interest. We may also contact you by email for research purposes so that
we can continually improve and update our website, products, and our software

The CCPA gives you certain rights regarding your personal information – Access,
Data Portability and Deletion Rights.

 * Access to Certain Information and Data Portability Rights. As a California
   resident, you have the right to request that we disclose certain information
   to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the
   past twelve months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer
   request, we will disclose to you:
   * The categories of personal information we collected about you.
   * The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about
     you.
   * Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal
     information.
   * The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal
     information.
   * The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also
     called a data portability request).
 * Deletion Request Rights. You have the right to request that we delete any of
   your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to
   certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer
   request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your
   personal information from our records, unless a statutory exception applies.
 * Exercising these Rights. To exercise the access, data portability, and
   deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request
   to us by:

Only you (or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf) may make a
verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. There are a
few rules for verifiable consumer requests:

 * You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month
   period.
 * Plus, the verifiable consumer request must:
   * Have enough information so we can verify that it’s really you!
   * Describe your request with enough detail so we understand, and can properly
     respond to, your request

If we can’t verify that it’s you or understand what you are requesting, we will
not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request
to verify your identity.

We will respond to your verifiable consumer request as quickly as we can (and no
less than forty-five days) after receiving it. If we need more time, we will let
you know in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve-month
period preceding our receipt of the verifiable consumer request. The response we
provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if
applicable. No worries, we do not charge a fee to process your verifiable
consumer request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights and
you will to be able to visit Jellyvision.com and learn about our products. If

Finally, California law also requires us to tell you how Jellyvision responds to
Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals from your web browser. When DNT is enabled, a
user’s web browser sends a signal to websites visited by the user to indicate
that the user does not want to be tracked. While Jellyvision honors your privacy
and choices, no common standard for DNT has been adopted by the technology
industry or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user
intent. Therefore, Jellyvision does not respond to or take any action with
respect to a DNT signal sent from your web browser.

OTHER INFORMATION

Jellyvision’s software is intended to provide benefits communication for
employers and employees based in the United States.

CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS

If you choose to visit jellyvision.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy
is subject to this Privacy Policy and our conditions of use, including
limitations on damages, dispute resolution, and application of the law of the
state of Illinois. If you have any concern about privacy at jellyvision.com,
please email us at legal@jellyvision.com.

Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy will change also. We may
email periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have
instructed us not to, but you should check our website frequently to see recent
changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all
information that we have about you. We stand behind the promises we make,
however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make
them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the
consent of affected customers.
