 * Why wasn't I contacted by the principal before?
   
   Your creditor has probably sent you several reminders. Perhaps you did not
   receive the various letters and e-mails because you failed to notify him by
   registered letter of your change of postal or e-mail address.
   
   Perhaps you received the reminders without paying attention to them. Your
   situation at that time may explain it.

 * How can the legal officer help me resolve this situation?
   
   Our goal is to find the right solution for each situation. We know that it

 * What payment methods are available to me?
   
   In order to close the proceedings against you, you have the possibility to

   - A check to the attention of the firm by adding on the back of the check

   You are being dunned because your balance is still owed to your creditor. In
   civil claims, as long as there is an outstanding balance, the claim remains
   due.

   ignore their reminder?
   
   Doing nothing is the worst thing you can do. If you are convinced that you

 * How do I contact the legal officer who sent me a formal notice?
   
   For legal reasons and in order to be able to process your request, we kindly
   ask you to make your request according to your situation above in the
   corresponding section: Settle my debt; I have already settled my debt; I
   cannot pay the entire debt today, I am requesting a deferment; I am
   requesting a receipt; I am disputing the debt.
   
   In order to secure the exchanges and to accelerate the taking into account of
   the requests, the law firm does not communicate other means of contact.
   
   On the other hand, on the letter or the e-mail that we sent you, you will
   find a telephone number to contact us. Do not forget to provide you with the
   file reference (WP...) also present on this mail so that we can access your
   file and answer you as precisely as possible.

 * Is it possible to set up a schedule?
   
   To halt actions against you and avoid increasing the debt amount, a defined
   payment plan may be offered. You must activate the payment plan link sent via
   email, which formalizes the payment of the first installment, to suspend any
   actions against you and demonstrate your good faith.
   
   Paying installments will suspend actions against you until the debt is fully
   paid off. Naturally, failure to make payments will result in the resumption
   of legal actions.
   
   If the payment plan link is not activated within 2 days, actions will resume
   against you without the possibility of offering this payment option again.

 * How to dispute the debt?

   You will be asked to add evidence in order to refer it to the principal.
   
   The mandated entity is the only one who can decide on the continuation or the
   closing of the procedures against you

 * I have received a formal notice that is not intended for me, what should I
   do?
   
   We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible in order to stop the
   proceedings against you and to prove your good faith by providing us with the
   necessary proofs. If you know the person who is responsible for the debt, you
   can send us their contact information so that we can update the file
   accordingly. You can also ask him/her to contact us at the number indicated
   in the e-mail/courier or by email with the file reference relating to the
   debt.

 * Difference between a promise to pay and a deferred payment
   
   A promise to pay allows the debtor to obtain a grace period in order to
   settle the entire debt by a specific date with the firm.
   
   A spread of payment allows the debt to be paid off in several monthly
   payments. To do so, the law firm provides a dedicated and secure payment link
   to be activated by credit card in order to start the payment of the first
   monthly installment.
   
   The payment of the first installment allows the suspension of the steps
   against you until the debt is exhausted; It goes without saying that a
   default of payment leads to the resumption of the steps. The balance of the
   debt by your care is the only way to complete all procedures.
   
   The setting up of a payment spread is an option that is only valid if the
   first monthly payment is paid within 48 hours by means of the dedicated
   payment link. Failure to activate the latter re-activate any action against
   you. It is not possible to settle a debt by spreading it out other than by
   activating it within 48 hours.

 * I am not able to pay now. Can you give me more time?
   
   A grace period is a payment period that can be granted in view of your
   situation. It can be granted to you allowing you to settle your debt within a
   maximum period of 15-21 days during which the procedures are suspended
   against you. In order to obtain a grace period agreement, you can click on

   "I have defenses" -> "I have financial difficulties".

 * Can I pay in several installments ?
   
   Depending on your situation we can offer you payment facilities in order to
   free you from your debt as soon as possible. To do this, you can click on the
   secure payment link (with your references: WP...) then select the heading
   "Explain why I did not pay yet " → "I am having financial difficulties", in
   order to benefit from a payment facility. The payment of the first
   installment suspend the proceedings against you until the debt is settled The
   payment plan option is only valid if the first monthly payment is paid via
   the dedicated instalment payment link that will be sent to you.

 * What is a formal notice?
   
   The formal notice is a request made by a creditor to his debtor, who has not
   fulfilled his obligation, to obtain the payment of a sum of money. The law
   firm allows you to solve amicably and at no cost to you, the disputes related
   to late payments by avoiding possible legal proceedings.

 * Where can I find my login details?
   
   To access your file, please have your file number (WPX-XXXXXXX) as well as
   the email address or phone number on which you received the formal notice.

 * What do I do if I have lost your mail?
