What happens to my dynamic QR codes once the free trial expires?

The QR Codes will stop working untill the account is upgraded to a paid plan.


What happens to my static QR codes once the free trial expires?

Since static QR codes are permanent in nature, they will continue to work but
you won't be able to access the account anymore.


If I cancel the subscription before annual renewal, can I continue using the QR
Code and services that I paid for?

When you cancel the subscription, the QR codes will stop working. Therefore, we
recommend you to disable the auto-renew feature to ensure you use the services
only for the remaining time period.


Do you offer monthly plans?

No, we do not offer monthly plans.


Can I change my subscription from annual to monthly?

No, we do not offer monthly plans.


How do I cancel my QR Code plan subscription?

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time from your dashboard.

Can I change a static QR code to dynamic ?

No, the nature of the QR Code cannot be changed once created. We recommend
creating dynamic QR Codes that have the flexibility of changing URLs whenever
needed.


What is the limit on static QR code creation?

There is no limit on static QR code creation..


Does scan limit for my plan renew every month ?

No, the scan limits are reset annually.


If I am on the Starter, Lite or Pro plans, can I add users more users to my
account?

Starter, Lite and Pro plans support single users. However if you need more
users, you have to upgrade to our Plus or Enterprise plans.


If I exceed the number of scans, what are my options?

In the event that you are running low on scans, you have to upgrade to the
higher plan. You will only have to pay the price difference in plans.


I need dynamic codes for 6-12 months and then they will be status quo. If I
cancel my subscription will the codes still work?

For your QR Codes to work, the account linked to them have to stay active.


I am on Lite plan and need custom domain, what are my options ?

At this moment, custom domain is available only under the Enteprise plan. In
order to use custom domain, you are required to upgrade to an enteprise plan.

Do you offer billing through invoice?

Yes, but that is restricted to Enterprise plans only.


What is currency of pricing?

All our plans are billed in USD.


What methods of payment do you accept?

You can purchase the QR Code solution using all major credit cards - Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, etc.


What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refund or exchange requests at this time.
