Bitfinex Token Sales started as Tokinex, the initial exchange offering (IEO) platform of then-Ethfinex. Tokinex was one of the leading token sale platforms during the IEO boom of 2019. Tokinex managed the IEOs of Ampleforth (AMPL) and Ultra (UOS), both of which have gone on to be great successes. While Tokinex evolved into Bitfinex Token Sales, the platform continued to be a pioneer in innovation with the launch of Catalyst Sales, a new type of token sale that allowed projects to grow and re-engage their communities, and the Autonomous Token Sale, a white-labelled token sale format. Every token sale ran by Bitfinex Token Sales successfully sold out, which included successful Catalyst Sales for Fetch.ai (FET), Elrond (EGLD) and E-Radix (eXRD). Having achieved so much in such a short space of time, we will now be redirecting our efforts to an exciting evolution of Bitfinex Token Sales.
