Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc., and its affiliates (“Quisitive” or
“Company”), understand the importance of privacy and has established a Privacy
Policy (“Policy”) to ensure that we communicate, collect and treat personal
information securely and appropriately. Please review this Policy carefully to
ensure that you (the “user”) make informed decisions about sharing your personal
information with the Company. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY

Headquartered in Irving, Texas, USA, Quisitive (https://quisitive.com/) provides
information technology consulting and business solutions and services. Quisitive
is committed to the confidentiality of data received from users and clients and,
in particular, respects the right to personal privacy. By interacting with our
websites (“site(s)” or “website(s)”), you agree to the use of any data that we
collect in accordance with this Policy.

 

This Policy details how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards
user information when interact with our sites or services including
www.quisitive.com, www.crgroup.com, www.mazikglobal.com, www.pay-iq.com, the
PayiQ payments processing or any related service provided (collectively our
“Services”).


USE OF USER INFORMATION

Having accurate information about individual users permits Quisitive to provide
an efficient and customized user experience. Specifically, the Company may
collect user information to:

 * Create and manage a user’s account;
 * Email users regarding their account or order;
 * Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions
   related to Quisitive’s Services;
 * Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve user experience with
   Quisitive’s Services;
 * Notify users of Service updates, new offers or recommendations; and/or
 * Perform other related business activities as needed.


WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?

Quisitive may collect any or all information that a user provides via forms
including name, address and contact information; other information that may be
required to process specific requests via forms; and use data collected from use
of the website. The Company only collects and stores (if provided) usernames,
job titles, company names and contact information, as well as IP addresses.

 

To access Quisitive support and/or the Company Partner Portal, users must
register and provide this information.


QUISITIVE DOES NOT SELL OR DISCLOSE USER PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Quisitive does not sell user information to any individual or third party. Some
Company  databases are hosted by third parties, but those third parties are
formally obligated to Security and Confidentiality Agreements with Quisitive to
ensure user information is secure and not used for other purposes.

 

Other websites may display links from our sites that could potentially collect
user information. Such sites are not within Quisitive’s control and are not
covered by this Policy.

 

Quisitive may from time to time provide non-identifiable information of a
general nature to third parties – for example, the number of individuals
visiting our website or completing a registration form.

 

If a user’s use of a Quisitive site is identified unlawful or damaging to
others, the Company reserves the right to disclose any information about that
user obtained through the site to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in
the Company’s opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such
conduct.

By submitting an email address, a user consents to receiving the particular
piece of information requested, as well as allowing the Company to send periodic
informative communications. This may include, but is not limited to:

 * invitations to Quisitive events, webinars and podcasts;
 * relevant assets, information and areas of interest (whitepapers, guides,
   reports, infographics, videos and case studies); and
 * promotional offers on Services and new releases.

 

Users can update preferences or opt out of electronic communications by clicking
the link in the footer of any email received from Quisitive.


TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS USERS MAY RECEIVE.


BEHAVIORAL TARGETING/RE-TARGETING

Quisitive partners with a third party service to manage the Company’s
advertising. This partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather
information about user browsing activities and interests on other websites in
order to provide users with targeted advertising. If a user does not want this
information shared for the purpose of serving interest-based ads, a user may opt
out through browser settings.


SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS

Quisitive’s blog sites may include Social Media Widgets, such as the ‘Share
This’ button or interactive mini programs that run on the Company sites. These
widgets may collect a user’s IP address, which page(s) visited on our site, and
may set a cookie to enable the widget to function properly. Social Media Widgets
are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Company sites. A
user’s interactions with these widgets are governed by the privacy policy of the
specific company providing them.


IP ADDRESS LOOKUP

Quisitive partners with a third party service to identify website user IP
address information. This address is matched against public and proprietary IP
address databases to provide the Company relevant information regarding the
user’s site visit. This information may identify the organization to whom the IP
address is registered but not the individual user(s) themselves. In limited
cases (e.g., single-person companies), it may be possible to identify personal
data from publicly available ICANN data.


WEBSITE COOKIES AND LINK TRACKING

Deploying cookies avoids users having to re-enter information once it’s been
entered in a website form and provides the Company links and pages that have
been clicked or viewed during a user’s site visit. If a user provides personal
data via a website form, Quisitive may associate this personal data with a new
or existing record in the Company’s database to identify what is most relevant
to the user and tailor any future messaging (if consent is received from user).

 

Users can always update browser controls and manage cookies as they see fit on
their personal electronic devices.


STORAGE

 * Data Retention: Quisitive will not keep a user’s personal information longer
   than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes outlined herein.
 * Data Integrity: Quisitive takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal
   information it maintains is only for and relevant to its intended use and
   ensures that such information is accurate, complete and current.
 * Data Access, Deletion and Accuracy: Where required by applicable law,
   Quisitive provides users with the right to access, delete and ensure the
   accuracy of their personal information that Quisitive retains. To exercise
   these rights or to unsubscribe from Quisitive newsletters, users can
   contact ask@quisitive.com and a Company representative will respond within 30
   days.


THIRD PARTY WEBSITE LINKS

Quisitive disclaims any responsibility or ownership of materials contained in
any third party website(s) that may be linked to and/or from Quisitive websites,
and these sites are for informational purposes only.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing and using Quisitive websites, a user consents to the Terms &
Conditions contained herein in their entirety, as well as any other law or
regulation that applies to the Company websites and the internet itself. If you,
as a user, do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, please
exit the site.

 

All content featured or displayed on or through the Quisitive websites,
including, but not limited to, logos, icons, trademarks, text, graphics,
photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software and any other
information or content is owned by Quisitive, its affiliated companies,
partners, and licensors.

 

Quisitive has the right, at its sole discretion, to limit access to the
Quisitive Customer & Partner Web Portal. All registered users are approved by
Quisitive and only given access to the Web Portal documents and information once
approval has been obtained. Quisitive has the right to remove membership and
terminate user account access to the Web Portal for, but not limited to,
mischief, spamming, and any abuse of the Web Portal that is deemed unacceptable.

 

Quisitive reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and for
any reason and will alert users by updating the ‘Updated’ date posted on our
website @: Privacy Policy | Quisitive. Any changes or modifications will be
effective immediately upon posting the update, and users waive the right to
receive specific, individual notice of each such change or modification. Users
are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to stay informed and will be
deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to
have accepted the changes in the revised Policy by continuing to use the
Services after the date such revised Policy is posted.

information the Company may have collected from you, can be directed to
ask@quisitive.com. This includes correcting any errors in user information or
requesting the removal of personal details from any list under the Company’s
control.


COMPLIANCE

Quisitive’s People & Culture Department shall review and modify this Policy as
determined necessary, but at least annually. Changes to the Policy shall be in
accordance with Quisitive’s Document and Records Control Policy.


REVIEW & MODIFICATIONS OF THE POLICY

Adherence to this Policy is required of all Quisitive employees. Violations of
this Policy by Quisitive employees will be subject to discipline per the terms
of the Company’s Employee Handbook, up to and including termination.
