You’re a fantastic student at school - eager and curious to learn & at the top

place for you at the Lodha Genius Programme. It’s a classroom that’ll spark that
genius in you, opening up your world to lessons and experiences you deserve.



At the Lodha Genius Programme, you’ll discover new ways to learn. With access to
resources, people, state-of-the-art equipment, ideas, and inspiration, you can
broaden your perspective on science and mathematics. You will select a wide
range of interdisciplinary science and mathematics modules, hands-on workshops,
inspiring seminars, immersive field trips and extracurriculars to dive into
while on campus at Ashoka University and through continued learning.



You’ll be a member of a community of brilliant, supportive, inspiring fellow
students, many of whom you’ll collaborate with to further your research and
projects over the years. Meeting annually on campus at Ashoka University your
friendships, partnerships and collaborations will evolve and grow. As each of
you carves out your unique path, you’ll inspire and encourage one another,
celebrating both individual achievements and collective progress along the way.



Your newly-assigned mentor will guide you towards the right opportunities for
you: courses, contests, certifications, internships and other learning pathways,
both nationally and internationally. Whether you head towards research or
entrepreneurship, or in another direction of your choosing, the network of peers
and mentors you build along the way will continue to enable your growth and help
you reach your full potential.

PROGRAMME SNAPSHOT


ELIGIBILITY

Exceptional science and mathematics students in Grades 9 - 12 (as of May 2025).




LOCATION

Annual campus experience at Ashoka University, Sonipat, with Continued Learning
online.




KEY DATES

Applications open 1 December 2024 | Campus Experience mid-May to mid-June 2025.




FEES

Fully-funded programme covering all student costs for the duration of the
programme.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW


SCIENCE

Students benefit from an interdisciplinary approach to science subjects, which
uses immersive and practical teaching methods to combine science with diverse
disciplines ranging from arts, humanities, environmental anthropology, economics
to several others. Students can explore, interrogate and discover their chosen
subjects in new ways while they are on campus at Ashoka University.  

During their time on campus, students in Grades 9 & 10 select multiple science
subjects and learn through workshops, while students in Grades 11 & 12 dive deep
into one subject by embarking on a single project.  

Post campus learning, students can take their learning and interest further by
continuing their project/research work with the support from mentors and
professors. They will have an opportunity to work on real life projects and
engage in cutting edge research with the support to patent or publish their own
work.

MATHEMATICS

All Lodha Genius Programme students are introduced to frontiers of mathematical
knowledge and applied mathematics through rigorous study of subjects such as
number theory, geometry, statistics & probability and combinatorics. Selected
students will also have the opportunity to study Olympiad-style problem solving
with our expert faculty from IITs.

Through the Sustained Learning modules, students continue to hone their
mathematics skills throughout the year.

GREAT IDEAS SEMINARS

Through our unique Great Ideas Seminar series, students come to understand some
of the most important issues still unsolved by today’s scientists,
mathematicians and industry-experts. Through these interactive, in-person
seminars, our students are given a rare opportunity to connect with pioneers in
the fields of science and mathematics from across the world.

LIFE SKILLS

Alongside the core disciplines of Science and Mathematics, Lodha Genius
Programme students are given the opportunity to learn practical Life Skills
courses during the campus experience at Ashoka University and afterwards as part
of the year-round continued learning. These extra-curricular subjects are chosen
to support their academic pursuits and set them up for success in life.

CONTINUED LEARNING

The Lodha Genius Programme does not end with the campus experience programme, it
is a multi-year programme. The campus experience programme is followed up by the
Continued Learning, focusing on three key components: Learning and Development,
Mentorship, and Access to Opportunities. This initiative aims to provide
knowledge, skills, resources and access to social capital ensuring that the
learning continues beyond the campus experience, fostering growth, creativity,
and readiness for the challenges ahead.
