Australia HIGH QUALITY MASK = HIGH QUALITY SLEEP I bought the silk love night shift mask, and it was great. It's adjustable so you should never worry about it fitting properly, the little eye cushions to allow your eyes to go into REM are super comfy and the whole thing is just pure quality. It loses a point because I still get some light through the nose bump, but it's still a fantastic purchase. If I have one regret, I would probably not go for the silk because of the price difference, I personally don't think the silk was worth it. Overall my sleep has improved a ton, it was definitely one of the best purchases I've made and for anyone that struggles sleeping during the day I would reccomend. I also got free ear plugs! I was worried, i have to say, about having something on my face annoying me and interfering with my sleep. I put the sleep mask on and adjusted the strap nice and loose, just enough to hold it in place, i opened my eyes and was so thrilled to see nothing but blackness, it made me smile😃 I was keen to try for sleep. I normally take up to 20 minutes to get to sleep but this was instant with the i love night shift sleep mask on. I woke 9 hours later after the best sleep. The quality of my sleep has to be mentioned. I woke once for a pit stop as per usual, but with the mask back in place, i went straight back to a deep sleep, no time wasting. When my alarm woke me, i felt like I'd had the best sleep. A quality sleep. I felt refreshed. I went to work raving to my night shift colleagues about the i love night shift sleep mask. A few of them found the website and I'm sure we'll order too. I'm excited for sleep now so i can use my mask.
