Also, please understand that to be eligible for a Return/Resend/Refund, the
product must qualify as:

- Mixed up;
- Having fault on arrival (wrong size,wrong design, wrong item); 
- Not as described on product page.

If we establish that the fault is ours, we'll take it off your hands and pay for
the return shipping.

However, please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be
in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or
proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The highly advanced
but easily-confused androids in charge of making our products won’t know what to
do with your item, and this may cause their circuits to go haywire.

   perfect. so please allow us 3-5 days to get our tasks done then we will ship
   and update you a tracking number.
 * Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from
   our manufacturer to the destination. For domestic orders, please allow 1-3
   weeks from the time you place your order to receive your purchase. For
   international orders, the time to receive your purchase may vary depending on
   the country. But we guarantee that your purchase will reach you in at most
   2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.
