Dear valued customer,

As the end of this quarter draws near we wanted provide a reminder to take note
of your purchases of products on manufacturer or GPO contracts that may have
volume tiers or other incentives that are based on quarterly measurements.

If your orders need to be invoiced in the July-September quarter to qualify for
rebates, volume discounts, etc., we strongly recommend placing those orders by
Monday, September 27. We do expect a very high order volume and shipment delays
are possible so we encourage you not to wait until the last day or two of the
quarter to place orders.
