HOW CAN DIRECT MAIL THROUGH NEXOK GROW MY CLIENT BASE?

Real-world example: An accountancy practice in Manchester has over 200,000

direct marketing to target relevant existing and newly formed businesses,
particularly companies that have their accounts due.

 3. Add those companies to a list within Nexok
 4. Export list to CSV
 5. Write your letter in a word processor (e.g. Microsoft Word)
 6. Use mail merge to generate letters (or ask a provider of your choice to
    handle this for you)
 7. Send letters in-house or using a provider of your choice

METHOD 2: AUTOMATED

 1. Sign up to Nexok and upgrade to the Pro plan for £99 +VAT/month
 2. Filter for relevant companies (e.g. location radius, industry)
 3. Add those companies to a list within Nexok
 4. Create a mail merge letter template within Nexok
 5. Generate a PDF of all letters within Nexok
