Amazem provides services to customers investing on the CFD and Forex markets. We
are the first institution of this type in the world. Amazem associates a group
of over 500 VIP investors with Equity exceeding EUR 10 000. It also cooperates
with a group of over 13,000 traders with lower capital. The total Equity value
of Amazem Group Investors exceeds 10M EUR.

Amazem’s business can be compared to a group shopping model. By representing a
significant group of traders we are able to negotiate better terms and
conditions. Apart from that, we also offer legal protection in case of disputes
or insolvency of brokers. We do not charge any commission fee from brokers and
thanks to that our clients are able to benefit from all the potentially

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

 * Competitive Swaps: We were the first ones on the market to draw attention to
   the problem of high spreads on swap points, which leads to a significant
   worsening of the profitability of the Swing Trading strategy. We negotiate
   competitive swap points - symmetrical swaps - and swap-free accounts on stock
   market indices and FX majors.
 * Lower spreads: Up to 50% of the first payment value to the broker.
 * Bonuses: For our group, we negotiate up to 60% lower spreads than those
   specified in our official offering.
 * Negative Balance Protection: Protection against negative balance for our
   clients.
 * Legal aid: We provide legal aid in case of disputes or financial problems of
   the broker.
 * Monitoring: We monitor the financial condition of the brokers with whom we
   cooperate on an ongoing basis. We also monitor stock exchange announcements,
   information from the market, internet forums thus monitoring potential risks.
   We also examine broker popularity trends among our clients as they provide
   the very first warning of their financial condition.
 * Guarantees and purchase of liabilities: We can provide paid guarantees for
   selected brokers. In case of legal disputes we buy liabilities. We buy
   liabilities payable to regulated brokers who lost their financial liquidity.

 * Education: We educate our customers with respect to issues concerning

   do pay attention to factors which can cause losses in the long term. As a
   part of our educational services we monitor accounts of our customers so that
   we can draw their attention to mistakes they make, such as overtrading or
   keeping loss-generating positions.
   We believe that only Swing Trading strategies can be profitable in the mid
   and long term. We are educating our customers in this area showing them the
   costs of Daytrading in the long term.

88% of our customers live in the European Union. Brokers which we can introduce
to our customers come mainly from the area of the EU and Australia.


BUSINESS MODEL

We work in the freemium model. We take membership fees only from VIP customers,
with assets above EUR 10 000. It is of key importance to buy the membership fee
before starting investments. Providing limited services - in the area of access
to negotiated offers - even to customers with lower capital also helps us to get
higher volumes, so that we can negotiate better conditions for everyone.
