When the Philippines Adopts The Jury System

The peoples’ ability to judge their own peers, be they rich or poor, with or
without power, through a jury system is an all-important mechanism that has kept
many progressive, democratic countries in a stable state.

REY VALERA SINGER-SONGWRITER

Rey Valera is a famous Filipino singer and composer.  His song, “Sa Aking
Panahon” (“In My Time”) is about the sad plight of the Filipinos from the early
2000.  It was since banned from public showing. It nicely leads to the question
of the following YouTube video:  Can the Filipinos rid themselves of corruption?
