Microsoft 365 hacked me for 3 months. Stole all my password and cc info. Hacked
my emails fb everything. It synced my laptop and iPhone. I could not get into
the account, and when I did, the password would immediately be changed with an
Authenticator app. No one would get on the phone with me or call me back. I
would only get an automated answering service directing me to go back to
Microsoft.com which would do nothing to help me. This company is bogus and I
will never use or recommend them again. They ruined my life.

I don't mean to make light of your frustration but this comment feels like you
are just screaming into the abyss. Microsoft is not responsible if you are not
keeping your systems secure.
They make the tools available and it is your responsibility to use them. It
sounds like you were hacked and are blaming Microsoft as though they are the
hackers.
That's just not how it works. It also sounds like you need to retain a
professional to assist you.

Microsoft is somehow overriding what has been purchased as a onetime purchase of
a MS Office program and made it a MS 365 Office program. They have told the BBB
that the issue was resolved, the screenshots of the program notifications don’t
lie. They have gone so far...

Microsoft has the consumers over a barrel by creating a monopoly. I purchased a
program outright and I am being threatened that my computer will be shutdown if
I don’t continue to pay for a program that was supposed to have been shutdown.

Microsoft has been threatening to remove an MS Office Business Program from the
customers computer since July when the customer purchased the program outright
from a Walmart store in April 2023. Microsoft has told the customer the problem
concerning the old version of MS Office 365 was resolved on two different
occasions. The most recent six weeks ago, and today I have received yet another
email stating that Microsoft will disable my computer by shutting my privately
owned program down. Microsoft should not be allowed to disconnect phone calls,
stop communications with people when they are the ones making the threats and
refusing to properly resolve the issue.

This is my last microsoft product Because customer service sucks. They have a

The company has arrogance and impunity. Locks you out of your account for no
good reason. Complain to your state's attorney general office, which forces
Microsoft to respond and others to take notice.

Microsoft has ignored my complaint about the fraudulent Microsoft Technician. I
feel certain that Microsoft has several Technicians in their midst.

Microsoft has not contacted me concerning the SCAM Microsoft Technician who
reportedly lives in Salt Lake City. This is doubtful however the Microsoft
Technician was very realistic.

I am a SCAM victim with Microsoft Technical and Customer Service Support. I
contacted Microsoft on 5/26/2023 and did not receive any support concerning the
SCAM. The SCAM was in the amount of $36,000.00. I am a pissed customer since
Microsoft plans to charge me for my Microsoft Office Software. Please note that
I have contacted the US White House, US Congress, FBI, Dept. of Defense,
Homeland Security, among other federal agencies that includes the Microsoft
Technician SCAM.

time. How can I reach them? What is this? You cant use your console, and you can

EXPECT TO BE BLOCKED FROM USING MICROSOFT PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU PAY RANSOM

Today I had a conversation with Microsoft in the morning because I am
transferring my activities from one laptop to a newer one. Every time I tried to
use any Microsoft application, a popup blocked me and demanded payment. I had
paid on my previous laptop, so when I talked with the agent earlier in the day,
the agent somehow checked my account, saw that I had paid, and enabled access
for me. However, in the evening on the same day, Again, I was being blocked from
Microsoft software and again I was facing demands to pay. I saw that in the
evening, I was unable to open anything connected with Microsoft, so I asked to
speak to Customer Service. That was my downfall. The agent who allegedly was
there to serve me spoke so faintly that I wasn't sure which language he was
speaking. When I asked him to speak louder, I then discovered that his English
was barely recognizable as the same language that I speak. He asked me several
questions that did not solve my problem. I told him that I had paid for service
on my previous laptop. He then said he would check my account, but when he asked
for my name, he was writing an incorrect spelling of the name. I corrected him,
and he hung up on me! The end result is that I now cannot access any application
connected in any way with Microsoft! If Microsoft just wants to demand money
every time I try to access Microsoft software, that's extortion. I bought the
software and paid with money. I paid for the personal subscription to various
software services with Microsoft. However, if a morning conversation about
arranging access for me, a paying customer, is rendered invalid if I call later
in the day, I give up. I truly cannot understand the backwards logic in that.
Maybe Microsoft just likes to grab money at every opportunity; it does look that
way. It seems that with Microsoft, you pay more and get less. I truly give up. I
am sure it's not legal to do that, but as I have learned, laws in the United
States exist only for persons who are wealthy enough to pay to make sure they
are enforced. That definitely applies in this case.

Preferred solution: Keep records and hire agents who know enough English to
assist customers in need.
User's recommendation: Maybe look for a country that is not a slave to
Microsoft? I truly don't know.

File a complaint with your state's attorney general's office, which forces
Microsoft to respond. Do not buy Microsoft products or services.
Customers are in charge of Microsoft and can put IT out of business, not the
other way around.
What an arrogant, rude, dumb, customer-unfriendly company! Yuck!!!

Microsoft chat with a tech was no help. Ahmed told me " this is an evolving
problem and their top techs hope to have a solution in the future".
Thanks for getting in touch. I went to the local computer guy in my town, he
scrubbed my computer and reloaded Windows 11. It works fine now.
No thanks to Microsoft, the people that caused the problem. The local guy also
disabled bit locker.

Last week I turned on my computer and it was Bitlocked, "Go to M/S and get the
recovery key. "M/S says there isn't one. Now what? I have a 6 month old $700
paper weight.

Microsoft was no help with restoring my locked computer. I found a local
computer guy that scrubbed and reloaded windows 11. Everything is working now,

I purchased a Inspiron 6 months ago. Brought it home in a box. I set it up for
what I need. Last week I turned the computer on. It showed that I was Bitlocked,
Go to my M/S acct and get the recovery key to unlock it. My M/S acct says "
there is no recovery key. Now what? I have a $700 paper weight.
