BJC MUAY THAI

Muay Thai, which is Thailand’s national sport, is referred to as the “art of
eight limbs”. This is due to making use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee
strikes, thus using eight “points of contact”.


ZEN DO KAI KARATE

The best of everything in progression, Zen Do Kai Karate is Australia’s own
Martial Art which combines the best techniques from styles including traditional
Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu,Arnis and traditional Japanese weaponry.


BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art created by morphing
Judo and traditional Japanese JuJutsu together.

KIDS

Our kids classes are a great way to increase physical activity and make new
friends, while gaining skills needed to develop into a confident and responsible
adult.


TEENAGERS

While learning new skills each week, they are challenged to train hard and also
to do their best. Trainers correct and show the techniques during the classes.
The drills that are done in class help with coordination, focus, balance, stress
relief and confidence.


ADULTS

For Adults our lessons are a great way to help you learn coordination, focus ,
balance, build you confidence and is also a great form of stress relief while
learning new skills.
