OUR VISION

Academy 3 aim to bridge the gap between grass roots and academy level football.
To do this we provide players with the best possible environment while offering
them opportunities including a year-round games programme and links with
professional clubs and academies. The Academy 3 coaching team are made up of
coaches with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the game. All our staff are
DBS checked, First aiders and hold safeguarding children certificates. Our
programs are filling up fast so dont wait to sign up.

MEET THE COACHES

Lee Adams

Over the past 3-4 years I have been part of one of the most fantastic journeys
coaching my team. Together we have won a staggering amount of trophies and
honers, we have been invited to play against Premier League and Championship
Clubs around the country and been on numerous tours of England and Spain
including Barcelona (2017) Now I am bringing everything I’ve learned over the
past 3-4 years and bringing my growing list of contacts to ACADEMY3 to give
talented children of all age groups the same opportunities to play and compete
at the highest level possible within junior and mini football.
My passion is Football.
My idea of Football is GAMES!

intensely with CAT 1 development squad set up I have had the pleasure of working
with talented players of all age groups and been a part of their development
along their player progression pathway. I have a real passion for giving young

Louis Johnson

I have a huge passion for coaching and developing players. I have coached
numerous teams of all abilities and ages including a Category 1 Academy for a
Premier League Club. During my coaching career I have helped give players the
best opportunities in Football to help reach their full potential. At academy 3
I aim to provide players with high level coaching and the best opportunities to
help see them develop into the best player and person they can be.

CONTACT US

At Academy 3 we are passionate in giving young players the opportunities they
need to grow and develop along their player pathway.
Players selected for Academy 3 development squads will receive high quality
coaching from our UEFA qualified coaches, following our Academy scheme of work.
This environment will allow selected players to improve their
technical,tactical,physical and physical/social abilities. Development squad
players will have their sessions run by the Academy squad coaches to make sure
the players are receive the best possible delivery.

Players striving in this environment will then be put on a 3 week trial with the
academy squads for the outcome to then become an academy squad player.
