   world of recruiting can roughly be broken into two kinds of talent
   acquisition: ● Recruiting for low-volume or one-off jobs. If you need to hire
   a new controller, for example, then the recruiting team looks for the right
   one. ● High-volume recruiting. In high-volume recruiting, the organization is
   hiring dozens, perhaps hundreds, of people for a given role or roles. This
   study focuses on the latter.
