FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

RealSource is only on PC with Bedrock installed?
No, RealSource supports all platforms. Bedrock edition, JAVA edition and is also
for MCPE.

I don’t have an RTX card in my PC. Is there any way to do that?
Yes, you can turn on Deferred Rendering which supports similar effects to RTX.
So far it is only in the preview version of Minecraft.

How do i find out if the HD version will work on my PC?
Try installing the LOW version first. RTX is challenging on its own. If the LOW
version works well for you, the HD version has almost the same FPS.

Is the HD account unlimited and i don’t have to pay extra money?
Yes, for one payment you get a lifetime account. It’s not a monthly subscription
like on Patreon. Keep your account active so you can keep downloading updates.

I have an HD account for Bedrock, but would like to get another one. Or vice
versa.
First, sign in to your existing account and you can extend your subscription in
your account settings. If you do this without logging in and just enter your
email at checkout it may happen that the new overwrites the old and you will
only have new access. In that case contact me via email and i will restore
everything as it was.

I forgot my password and can’t access my account.
Password recovery has some issues. Email me at martin@realsourcepack.com and
I’ll send you a new password, which you can then change.

I have blue squares in some textures.
Yes, this is a bug in the game’s rendering and the only one who can fix it is
Minecraft. I’ve optimized the pack so that I don’t have a single blue square on
my PC. If you have them and they bother you in some textures, then email me and
I’ll send you instructions on how to minimize them on your PC. You just need to
resize the MER map texture that is causing the problem.

How do I find out about the current progress of the packs and upcoming updates?
