Since its initial step into the energy industry in 2010, the Group has been
making ambitious business plans for the future to produce new solar power plants
and build wind and geothermal power projects across its markets.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

YILDIRIM GROUP operates in freight transport, and the logistics industry
represents 4% of its consolidated revenues. The Group owns and manages
operations of 9 dry bulk and general cargo vessels and 10 chemical tankers.

employing residual waste to respond to the growing need for energy and power of

industry. In 2014, the Group established YILMADEN Holding Inc., which currently
ranks 5th in the global chromium industry.

PORTS & TERMINALS

YILDIRIM Group entered the port management industry after YILPORT Container
Terminal & Port Operation Inc. was established in 2005. As of today, 24% of the
Group’s consolidated revenue comes from this industry.

FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS

After making its first move in the fertilizer and chemical industry in 2004,
YILFERT Holding has grown to become the largest producer of CAN fertilizer and
ammonia in Türkiye.

GEMLIK GUBRE
Gemlik Gübre is the largest and most modern fertilizer plant in Türkiye.
YILDIRIM is establishing a new Urea Production Plant inside Gemlik Gübre.
POLYMETCORE
Polymetcore is the commodity trading branch of YILDIRIM, established in
Switzerland in 2014, trading with more than 100 countries.
QAZAQ SODA
First and only soda ash production facility project in Kazakhstan. YILDIRIM will
construct and operate the plant with 500,000 tpy production capacity.
TIKHVIN FERROALLOY
Tikhvin Ferroalloy is established in St. Petersburg, and operates as the largest
ferrochrome production facility in the country.
TRANSITEX
Transitex is the cold chain freight forwarder, and one of the leading logistics
companies, established in Portugal.
VARGÖN ALLOYS
Vargön Alloys is the first international acquisition of YILDIRIM, established in
Sweden. The factory is the world's oldest ferroalloy producing facility.
VOSKHOD CHROME
Voskhod Chrome is the largest chrome ore mine in Kazakhstan, and one of the
highest-quality chrome ore suppliers in the world.
YILCOQUE
Yilcoque is YILDIRIM's first greenfield project, established in Colombia to
produce metallurgical coke to be used in ferroalloy production.

YILDIRIM Energy is the energy production and trade branch of YILDIRIM, focusing

Bear Metallurgical Company (BMC) is the leading producer and toll processor of
high-grade FeV & FeMo, headquartered in Butler, USA.
CMA CGM
CMA CGM is the third largest container shipping company in the world, operating
in over 160 countries through 755 agencies. YILDIRIM Group owns 24% of the
company shares.
ETI KROM
Eti Krom is the world’s highest quality hard lumpy chrome ore producer, and
ferrochrome plant, established in Elazığ, Türkiye.
FERRONIKELI
NewCo Ferronikeli is the only nickel ore mining and ferronickel production
factory in Kosovo. It is the first nickel asset of YILDIRIM.

NEWS & UPDATES

YILDIRIM GROUP HAS SIGNED THE AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 100% SHARES OF
ELEMENTIS PLC’S CHROMIUM BUSINESS

YILDIRIM Group has signed the agreement for the acquisition of 100% shares of
Elementis plc's chromium business. The transaction is subject to United States
regulatory approval, which is expected to finalize in the first quarter of 2023.
2 production facilities in Corpus Christi, TX & Castle Hayne, NC, and the 3
production facilities in Amarillo, TX; Dakota, NE; and Milwaukee, WI.
As YILDIRIM is one of the leading chromium companies in Europe, and the 2nd
largest producer of high carbon ferrochrome (HC FeCr) in the world, the
acquisition of Elementis will bring complementary capabilities and expanded
chromium offerings to YILDIRIM's existing chromium portfolio, as Elementis is
the only chromium chemicals producer in the Americas.
