The images will be used in your profile, but not used for BombBomb’s
advertisements or marketing without your permission.

 * Purchase of Services. Services purchased from BombBomb via credit card are
   processed through a third-party processor. The card number is passed securely
   to the third-party and a token is received in return. At no time is your
   credit card number stored by BombBomb.
 * Contacting us, Interacting with the blog. If you provide us contact
   information to learn more about our Services or choose to send us a message
   with information about yourself or interact with the blog by posting a
   comment or sharing a post, we will maintain records of your correspondence.
   This may include any of your questions, comments, posts, suggestions, or your
   responses to any surveys you complete. This information, without the parts
   that identify you, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary
   and we may use this information and share them with third parties.

this time, our Website does not respond differently based on a user’s Do Not

subsidiaries (“BombBomb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and we are committed to

you because you exercised any of your privacy rights, including, but not limited
to, by: denying goods or services to you; charging different prices or rates for
goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or
imposing penalties; providing a different level of quality of goods or services
to you; or suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods
or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.  We will also
not retaliate against any employee, applicant for employment, or independent
contractor for exercising their rights under the CCPA.

Right of Correction

If we maintain inaccurate personal information about you, then you have the
right to request that we correct the inaccurate personal information upon
receipt of a verifiable request.  Taking into account the nature of the personal
information and purposes of processing the personal information, you have the
right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you, if
applicable. 

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

If we process Sensitive Personal Information, we will only do so for the
purposes specifically authorized by California law and in a manner that is
necessary and proportionate for those purposes.  As such, we do not perform any
processing for which a Right to Limit request is available.

Verifying Requests

To ensure the protection of your personal information, we must verify that the
individual submitting a request to know, request to delete, or request to
correct is the consumer to whom the request relates prior to processing the
request.  To verify a California consumer’s identity, we may request up to three
pieces of personal information about you when you make a request to compare
against our records.  We may also request that you sign a declaration under the
penalty of perjury from the consumer whose personal information is the subject
of the request. 

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account
with us. 

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your
identity and will delete any information you provide after processing the
request.  We reserve the right to take additional steps as necessary to verify
the identity of California consumers where we have reason to believe a request
is fraudulent.

Authorized Agents

BombBomb, Inc. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

BombBomb, Inc. acts in accordance with the Accountability for Onward Transfer
Principle which  explains that to transfer personal information to a third party
acting as a controller BombBomb must comply with the Notice and Choice
Principles.  The Recourse, Enforcement and Liability Principle explains that, in
the context of an onward transfer, BombBomb, Inc. has responsibility for the
processing of personal information it receives under the DPF Principles and
subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. 
BombBomb, Inc. shall remain liable under the DPF Principles if its agent
processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the DPF
Principles, unless the organization proves that it is not responsible for the
event giving rise to the damage.

You may choose a person or a business registered with the California Secretary
of State that you authorize to act on your behalf to submit your requests
(“Authorized Agent”).  If you choose to use an Authorized Agent, we require that
you provide the Authorized Agent with written permission to allow them to submit
your request and that you verify your identity directly with us.  Failure to do
so may result in BombBomb denying your request.

BombBomb, Inc. with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the
Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S.
Department of Commerce. BombBomb, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of
Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles
(EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received
from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF.  BombBomb, Inc. has
certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S.
Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the
processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the
Swiss-U.S. DPF.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy
policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the

Personal information that you provide while in the European Union may be
transferred to the United States. If we transfer personal information from the

Information?

We retain your personal information as long as we are providing the Services to
you. We retain your personal information after we cease providing Services to
you, even if you delete your account, to the extent necessary to comply with our
legal and regulatory obligations, for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection
and prevention, to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting
obligations; or where we are required to retain the data by our contractual
commitments to our partners. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with
any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by
applicable law. Even if you delete your account and we delete your information
from our systems, keep in mind that the deletion by our third-party providers
may not be immediate and that the deleted information may persist in backup
copies for a reasonable period of time. We will securely store any personal
information persisting in backup and isolate it from any further processing
