UDI ANGEL

Udi Angel has been a longtime investor and owner of various multi-billion dollar
businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit, vast managerial experience, and personal
network continuously contribute to XT Hi-Tech's evolution as a leading investor
in Israeli technology companies.

Among other activities, he heads several communal and charitable organizations
such as “Variety” Children’s Charity Israel (president), and Ruppin Academic
Center (chairman of the Board of Governors).




ORI ANGEL

Ori Angel has been active in the technology investment space for years,
investing in various categories at both early and growth stages. As a big
believer in “technology-led” disruption, he leads the vision of XT Hi-Tech and
its investment strategy direction.
Among his various activities, Ori is the CEO of XT maritime, a ship-owning
company with over 120 employees and 2,500 seamen.

Ori holds a BS in Investment, Finance and Risk Management from London’s City
University and MBA from University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He
graduated with honors from both institutions.




IDAN OFER

Idan Ofer is a world renowned businessman and an active philanthropist whose
group owns multi-billion dollar businesses worldwide. His longtime personal
interest in technology and innovation as well as deep insights and global
network help to better support XT Hi-Tech’s portfolio companies. Among other
activities, his group also holds shares in the Spanish football club Atletico
Madrid and the Portuguese team FC Famalicao.

Through his and his wife's family foundation, he is donating to Israeli
organizations in the fields of education, health, and welfare. He is a member of
the advising committee of the Harvard School of Government.




TOM LAVI ASSOCIATE

Tom joined XT Hi-Tech as an associate in 2021, taking an integral part in the
deal sourcing and supporting the portfolio companies. Prior to joining
XT-Hi-Tech Tom led an EdTech SaaS company, taking it from zero to hundreds of
thousands of users. Earlier in his career, Tom served as a commander in the
IDF’s special forces, where he led complicated operations.

Tom holds an MA in Education Policy Management from the Tel-Aviv University and
a BA in Psychology from the Reichman University in Herzeliya, Israel.




ASSIF STOFFMAN MANAGING DIRECTOR

Assif is a serial entrepreneur at heart, with over twenty years of experience in
the software and healthcare industries. After holding various key positions at
XT Hi-Tech, including heading its Venture Accelerator for several years where he
was instrumental in supporting early stage startups from their very beginning,
Assif co-founded, headed, and invested in several startups before rejoining XT
Hi-Tech early 2020.

Currently, Assif is an active board member at Duve, Avenews-GT and BioT Medical.
Notable previous investments include Checkmarx (acquired by Insight Venture
Partners), CmyCasa (acquired by Adobe; NASDAQ: ADBE); MentorWave (acquired by
Alphabet; NASDAQ: GOOG); and PainReform (NASDAQ: PRFX). In most of these cases,
he joined the company in its earliest stages.

Assif holds an LL.M. (negotiation and dispute resolution program) from Bar-Ilan
University and an LL.B and BA in Business Administration from The
Interdisciplinary Center.




YOAV SEBBA MANAGING DIRECTOR

Yoav has been identifying, financing, and growing startup companies for over 20
years. Yoav joined the XT Group after serving as a partner in Yozma Venture
Capital, one of Israel's anchor VC funds. Prior to Yozma, Yoav served as a
project manager at one of Israel's leading commercial banks.

Yoav is an active board member in select XT Hi-Tech portfolio companies, where
he leverages an extensive global network to help them achieve their objectives
and build value.

Currently, Yoav is serving on the board of Sofwave (TASE: SOFW), Phytech,
Epitomee Medical (TASE: EPIT), Cymbio Digital, Healthy.io, Beyeonics Surgical,
and ZIM Integrated Shipping (NYSE: ZIM). Previously, Yoav served on the boards
of Cognitens (acquired by Hexagon), Kailight Photonics (acquired by Optium),
Painreform (Nasdaq: PRFX), and NextNine (acquired by Honeywell).

Yoav holds an MBA from the Haifa University and BS in Management and Industrial
Engineering, cum laude, from the Technion Institute of Technology.
