WHAT IS THE 5.5 ® METHOD ?

The 5.5 method is an innovative health practice, consisting of very specific
movements (fascia), gentle and slow, performed and guided by the breathing
rhythm of 5 seconds of inspiration followed by 5 seconds of expiration (i.e. a
frequency of 0.1 Hz).

A 5-minute daily routine that helps regulate vagal tone, our indicator of good
health.

  It is suitable for everyone and can be done sitting, standing or on a mat.

You can practice it at home , or in a gym, supervised by   a professional
trained in the method or at your workplace using a powerful and innovative
technology, the hologram .
