01 Initial meeting

We take time to listen to you during our first meeting as you show us all your
ideas, drawings, and plans with attention to every detail. We assess your
property’s size or layout of the existing building to make sure it fits your
idea. If you need help with an architect or designer, we advise reliable local
experts.

02 Planning

After finalising plans and exterior or interior design drawings, we discuss your
materials and finishes that suit the terrain and building structure. We work
with reliable suppliers and quality materials to offer you a whole range of
products that fit into your project’s budget.

03 Estimation

Then, we analyse your project - considering needed permits, time frame, the
complexity of labour, and materials’ cost. With approximate numbers and
potential outcomes, you then can add new ideas to the project.

04 Quote

Once estimation is completed and you check the project outline and stages, we
approve the quote. For your confidence and ability to manage cash flow with
loans, we break the cost into progress payments and prepare a contract to sign.

05 Construction

Building or renovating is a time for our team of experts to bring your ideas to
life. Whether it is an apartment reno or building a house from scratch, you can
follow up every stage and visit a site at any time. Our manager is always in
contact and can update you with a project’s progress. From slab stage and frame
building to a lock-up stage inspection, Raw Built guides you through each

06 Handover

Handover is the most exciting time for us to present your completed project. We
check that the dwelling construction reflects the approval plan and perform
plumbing and electrical inspection. From the roof to the cellar, and luxury taps
to installed electrical goods, we hand over our work with a guarantee to meet
your expectations.

Oxenford Duplex Renovation

The address: Oxenford QLD 4210
Object type: Renovation and expansion
Work area: 110 m2, 1 floor
Work completion time: 3 months

The peculiarity of this project is the rational transformation of the garage
into a third bedroom. Part of the garage was also used to extend the kitchen and
laundry. We have renovated bathroom and toilet, installed brand new kitchen and
laundry closets with custom-made concrete countertops. Due to the age of the
house, the ceiling sagged completely, so we replaced it with a new one, and also
laid the parquet from a massive 14 mm thick board. We have leveled part of the
side yard to accommodate our designed carport for 4 cars. We have completed
landscaping tasks and built retaining walls and beds.

Studio Pilates Springfield

The address: Springfield QLD 4300
Object type: Commercial premises
Work area: 95 m2, 1 floor
Work completion time: 4 weeks

Our task was to complete the project in 4 weeks. We had to very carefully
observe the schedule, control all procedures in order to deliver the object on
time and at a high quality level. Another problem we faced was fire hydrants. We
had to work a lot with the certification body to make sure the fire hydrants
were properly relocated, adhered to the Australian Building Coad standard, and
also matched the studio's design. As a result, we completed all the agreed tasks
in 4 weeks, after which the Pilates studio was able to open its doors to
visitors.

LKV Flooring Showroom

The address: Tingalpa QLD 4173
Object type: Commercial premises
Work area: 98 m2, 1 floor
Work completion time: 3 weeks

The work on this showroom was very interesting. At the beginning, we had just a
large square room. We split the showroom and warehouse, building a 3.5 m high
wall, which as a result has become a huge exhibition niche for the presentation
of a wide variety of floorings. Another great feature of this project is the
hidden door and built-in desks for the office. These solutions were complemented
by luxurious lighting that emphasized the style and concept of the interior
flooring.

Casino Towers Apartment

The address: Brisbane City QLD 4000
Object type: Renovation
Work area: 105 m2
Work completion time: 10 weeks

It was a pleasure to renovate this beautiful apartment in the heart of
Brisbane's CBD with breathtaking views of the entire river city! We have
implemented this project together with http://exult.design. And we can clearly
say that working in tandem with a good and experienced interior designer is a
pleasure. Every detail of this apartment has been carefully thought out. High
quality materials and finishes were used at all stages. As a result, we got not
only a beautiful picture, but also a very comfortable interior with a functional
kitchen, plenty of storage space and excellent lighting. One of the problems
that we faced was the regulation of noise from corporate corporate. Our working
hours were reduced, but we couldn't afford delays. Delivery and transportation
of the materials was a big problem in an apartment building. Each material
delivery was planned in advance and managed from start to finish. And we are
also very proud that we were able to reduce the number of air conditioning and
ventilation ducts so that they work with our suspended ceiling, where we did not
want to lose an extra 10 mm of clearance. And, no less important, we managed to
make concealed fire extinguishing sprinklers or design them as seamlessly as
possible.

Construction in 4-6 months - is it a real term or may there be delays?
Most comonly yes, average house gets built under 6 month. But it also depends on
size and difficulty
What budgets do you work with and what solutions do you find if the client has a
limited amount of money?
We work with budgets from $50,000 AUD and find solutions in different price
ranges. Experts select alternative materials to maintain the quality and visual
appeal of the result.
Who is responsible for the result, what to do if any defects appear during
operation?
We are fully responsible for the quality of the work done. We provide a 6.5-year
warranty and also we provide communication (7 days a week).
How are payments for your services carried out?
We provide for a 5% advance payment, and then a convenient step-by-step payment
as the work is completed. That is, You risk nothing and pay for a real result.
How much the client can control the process, is it easy to keep in touch with
You during construction?
We agree on all decisions in advance with the client, You can come to the object
and inspect everything, You can contact us almost at any time - we are in touch
on weekends and late at night.
What is included in the interior decoration? (this is not appropriate)
It all depends on what kind of work the client is interested in - we provide
flexibility in this regard. But in general we do everything - from electrical
and plumbing wiring, floor and wall finishing to kitchen, built-in appliances
