What is the Climate Expert?
The Climate Expert entails a practical 4-step approach and working materials
that help companies analyse climate change risks and opportunities and generate
strong adaptation strategies. It was developed by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer
Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.



Who is the Climate Expert for?
The Climate Expert approach was developed for small and medium-sized enterprises
(SMEs) and industrial zones that are or will be affected by climate change. It
also addresses consultants, experts and multipliers who want to support the
private sector in adapting to climate change.
