GO THROUGH AND AS YOU APPROACH THE GATE HOLD THE LAMINATED TAG, WITH THE BARCODE
FACING YOUR WINDSHIELD, TOWARD THE TRANSCORE PARKING SENSOR LOCATED IN FRONT OF
THE GATE. ONCE THE SENSOR READS THE BARCODE IT WILL ACTIVATE THE GATE TO RAISE
OPEN.

THE CASE BUILDING IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS
IN AND AROUND THE PROPERTY

This property requires vehicle registration to ensure that your vehicle is not
towed. Your vehicle has been registered successfully with the details below!
Please see the attached “Parking Permit Addendum”, which is proof that your
vehicle has been registered.  Remember DO NOT PARK in any reserved/numbered
spaces or your vehicle will be towed. Please send a picture of the vehicles
license plate to TwiceBlessedHouse@BSWHealth.org

FYI- There is only ONE parking space per apartment and the vehicle must be
registered before arrival:

Please give us a call at (214) 820-6548 to report any changes so we can update
the vehicle registration in the database. Changes/requests should NOT be made
via email. Please be advised that the Case Building will tow if the vehicle is
not currently registered in their vehicle database.

Please read all the following information and view the attached pictures and
video. It will be very helpful in navigating our new location. Twice Blessed
House has now moved to The Case Building, a 17-story high-rise located at 3131
Main Street, Dallas, Texas 75226.

 * You are assigned to Apt #426 on the 4th floor. When you arrive, you may park
   in any of the unreserved open spaces on the first level.
 * Please proceed to the door in the parking garage and find the call box on the
   wall to the left of the door. (See photo of Call Box attached). 
 * Please select front desk and once they answer inform them you are checking in
   for Twice Blessed House. The front desk will unlock the door for you. Pull on
   the door handle to open the door.
 * As soon as you enter you will go down the hallway to the left. As soon as you
   make a right under the “EXIT” sign, you will see a very small room to your
   immediate left that has the Twice Blessed House Key Boxes mounted on the
   wall. (See above photo). If you are by the elevators you’ve gone too far.
 * Your unit keys are in Lock Box #12, The code is 1133, which is the last 4
   digits of your phone number. Please pull forward on the lock box to release
   and retrieve your keys. 
 * You can then return to your vehicle and use the gray fob and tag to gain
   entrance to levels 2 – 7 of the garage, which are designated for resident
   parking. (Please see parking garage photos). Please park in any unreserved
   space on any of these floors. 
 * The gray key fob is needed for entrance to the upper levels of the parking
   garage, elevator access, and the apartment door while the actual key is for
   the mailbox. Your mailbox number is different from the apartment number for
   security reasons.
 * You can park on any level, enter the building through the black door (see
   photo above) then take the elevator to your floor. Please be aware that there
   is not an exterior elevator that is accessible from the parking garage. On
   each parking level there are single doors located in the left and right
   corners that require your gray fob to gain entry into the building. You must
   hold your gray fob against the red sensor on the black box which is next to
   the door. Wait for the light to turn green and pull on the handle for
   entrance (see photo above).
 * Upon entering the building, there is no signage that directs you to the
   elevators. You will need to take a right and the elevators will be on your
   left. Once in the elevator you must place your gray fob against the red
   sensor on the lower right corner of the elevator panel, then select your
   floor. 
 * Twice Blessed House has a bell cart for your use during business hours only
   Monday – Friday 8:00 - 4:30.
 * Attached is a video on how to unlock and lock your unit. The green light must
   come on to lock or unlock your unit. If the green light does not appear, the
   lock will free spin. Please make sure to lock the apartment door upon
   check-out.
