1. Academic Document Verification

Pre-requisites

 * A valid document number
 * A clear A4 scanned copy of the document to verify
 * Service charge for the Issuing Entity's approval
 * MOFA Service Charge of UGX. 20,000

2. Application for Diplomatic Note

Pre-requisites

 * A diplomatic passport (For individuals) or an MDA Account
 * Destination (Country you're traveling to)
 * Date of departure and return
 * A clear reason for traveling with the covering of a Diplomatic Note

3. Application for National ID

Pre-requisites

The pre-requisites are being compiled. Therefore, this service is not yet
available.

4. Registration for a New Passport

Pre-requisites

 * must be a ugandan abroad
 * should have reference number/form from e-passport Portal
 * must have cleared all fees with ministry of Internal affairs

5. Renewal of Passports

Pre-requisites

 * must be a ugandan abroad
 * Should have an old passport
 * should have reference number/form from e-passport Portal
 * must have cleared all fees with ministry of Internal affairs

6. Consular Assistance for Repatriation

Pre-requisites

 * Person to repatriate must be a Ugandan abroad
 * Must indicate reason for repatriation
 * must have supporting documents like death certificate, police clearance, post
   motern report, embalmment certificate
 * must provide next of kin details

7. Coordination of Scholarships

Pre-requisites

The pre-requisites are being compiled. Therefore, this service is not yet
available.

8. Consular visits to inmates

Pre-requisites

 * inmate must be a foreigner living in Uganda
 * inmate must have a passport
 * details of the inmate must be provided





Note:
 * To access these any of these services, you need to have an account this
   platform. Login to proceed.
 * Courier fees may apply for Ugandans abroad who prefer the National
   IDs/Passports to be delivered to them at a destination of their choosing
