No. Never use contact or inquiry forms on our website to send account
information. Forms are not secure communication channels and may put your

Do I need to take action before traveling if I plan to use my credit or debit
cards?
Log in to your account to set a Travel Notification for your cards or to send us
a secure message. If you don’t set a travel notification before a trip, you risk
your card being frozen for potential fraud.
You may also call 888-277-6279 inside or outside the U.S. for debit cards and
800-299-9842 (inside the U.S.) or 727-556-9000 (outside the U.S.) for credit
cards to release any security blocks.
