Life can be very difficult at times. A skilled therapist who listens and
understands can be very important in helping with the changes that life
sometimes requires of us. I provide therapy for the WHOLE individual:
intellectual, emotional, and physical.



I'll work with you to strengthen your total self so that you can better manage
anxiety, bring enthusiasm and color to your life instead of depression, be more
satisfied with your romantic life, or recover from grief or trauma. I offer both
in-person and Zoom sessions.
