   You track your return via our digital returns portal. For more information,

   For deliveries to Great Britain*, the shipping costs for Standard Shipping
   with UPS are £10.00. Shipping is free for orders over £150.
   
   
   
   
   
   The minimum order value for any deliveries made to Great Britain is £20.
   
   *We do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey Islands

   Orders delivered via Standard Shipping will usually arrive within 5 to 7

   Please note that during high season and the sale, longer delivery times may

   As many of our items are dyed, we recommend that you wash our pieces before
   wearing them for the first time. Please check the individual washing
   instructions for each item. This does not apply to our rigid or rinsed denim
   pieces. Please note that rigid denim items require special care.

   In Great Britain, we accept the following payment methods: credit card (VISA,
   MASTERCARD, AMEX), debit card (MASTERCARD, VISA) and PayPal.
   We do not accept prepaid debit card payments.

 * How can I cancel my order?

   Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order. All items can
   be returned to us free of charge within 60 days of receipt of the goods.
   As soon as we receive the return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

 * How can I track my shipment?

   As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipment
   confirmation email including a tracking link that enables you to follow the
   status of your shipment via the carrier's website. In case you cannot find
   this e-mail in your inbox, please do not forget to check your spam folder as
   well. Usually, you should receive your order 3 - 5 working days after receipt
   of the shipping confirmation.
