ENFORCEMENT & LITIGATION

Once IP rights are secured it is essential to protect them against dilution and
any challenges by third parties and to make the best legal and economic use of
such IP rights.

We help our clients in achieving these goals by enforcing and defending their
rights before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Union
Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the German and European courts. In
other jurisdictions we closely work together with renowned law firms worldwide
to best protect and defend our clients’ IP rights.

UNFAIR COMPETITION 

We provide our clients with legal advice and support in all aspects of unfair
competition matters. This includes in particular advice in advertising rules and
laws and the clearing of our clients’ advertising projects before they are
launched. Among others, we dispose of a strong background in advising our
clients in all aspects of advertising pharmaceuticals and medical products.
