NINA LOW, PMHNP-BC


BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER

Nina provides psychiatric services for children and adolescents including
diagnostic evaluations and follow-up care. She utilizes pharmacologic and
nonpharmacologic treatment strategies.








PEDIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES 

NINA TREATS CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH ANXIETY, MOOD DISORDERS, ADHD,
ADJUSTMENT DISORDERS, OCD, GRIEF, TRAUMA, AMONG OTHER PSYCHIATRIC CONDITIONS.
SHE BELIEVES IN PRESCRIBING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MEDICATION NECESSARY TO
EFFECTIVELY TREAT SYMPTOMS.

INITIAL PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT 

This appointment includes reviewing pertinent history, completing
bio-psycho-social assessment, gathering collateral information, diagnostic
impression, recommendations, and treatment planning.



FOLLOW UP MEDICATION MANAGEMENT 

This appointment is used to evaluate progress and discuss medication efficacy.
It is recommended that all patients prescribed medication also receive
individual therapy. Nina will collaborate with the therapist and outpatient
providers as needed to provide effective care.









Nina is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She
graduated from Regis College in 2021 with her Masters in Nursing. She also has
two Bachelor degrees in Neuroscience and Nursing. She currently works in a
residential group home providing psychiatric care for adolescents in DCF
custody. Her previous work experience includes inpatient pediatric psychiatric
care, PHP (partial hosptilization program), emergency room consultation, MCPAP
(Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program) and outpatient psychiatry.




SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

NINA CURRENTLY HAS AVAILABILITY FOR INTAKE AND FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS ON
SATURDAY MORNINGS (8 AM -12 PM). ALL INTAKES MUST BE COMPLETED IN PERSON.

TO INQUIRE ABOUT SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT NINA BY FILLING OUT THE FORM BELOW. AT
THIS TIME NINA IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT INSURANCE. HOWEVER, SHE CAN PROVIDE INVOICING
THAT PATIENTS CAN SUBMIT TO INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR OUT-OF-NETWORK
REIMBURSEMENT.
