ABOUT

Emerging from the underground scene in Guatemala, singer-songwriter, producer,
and performer Adonai Ordóñez (taffeite) is a shapeshifting mastermind of
expectation subversive art.

Since 2020, the year his debut album Smash the Piano! was released, he has
prioritized authentic creation straight from the gut, in all its grotesque and
messy glory. Despite the sudden constant changes of genre and experimentation,
the emotion and core vision remain. He has now released 5 albums, including
Freak Show and his latest, ADONAI, both produced by Medusa Records, who also are
in charge of production for Twin Temples.


His project is a conglomerate of inspiration from all over the world, and all
over the spectrum of music genres, mixed together with his personal touch. 

With influences from pop artists such as Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Chappell
Roan, lots of inspiration from pop-punk, punk-rock, and emo bands like My
Chemical Romance, Pierce The Veil, and Panic! At The Disco, as well as aspects
inspired by drag artists such as Jinkx Monsoon , Gottmik, and Margaret Y Ya, his
music is a charmingly messy mish-mashed spectacle of a discography
