Special conditions of your BASE monthly plan

The BASE rates include VAT and are subject to the general terms and
conditions and special conditions of Telenet Group NV/SA. They are reserved for
personal and private use only. After the first minute, you will be charged per
second. Any inclusive minutes from BASE to BASE are only valid for use within
Belgium. Any other inclusive minutes and text messages are applicable for use
within Belgium (to Belgian numbers) and the EU zone (to numbers within the EU
zone); any inclusive mobile data are applicable for use within Belgium and the
EU zone. The international rates can be found here. Calling and texting
to special numbers, as well as the use of third-party services, is not included;
this usage will always be charged on top of any credit and/or bundles. To find
out the rates for calls to special numbers (070, 0900, 1207,...), please contact
us via the customer zone or call 1999 via BASE (free in Belgium) or +32 (0)486
19 1999 via any other network (subject to charge).

Data Jump: Non-used credit of your monthly plan will be carried over to the
following month. The next month, you will first consume the unused credit of the
previous month. Non-used credit may be carried over for one month only. In the
event of a change in tariff plan or termination of the contract, the
carried-over credit is not taken into account for pro rata invoicing/refund. The
transferred credit expires upon assignment of the agreement by the customer.
Unlimited calls to BASE: unlimited number of call minutes to BASE customers.
Offer restricted to normal private use, as defined here.

 

 

Promotions conditions

Offer reserved for new BASE customers 


Temporary promotion on BASE monthly plans of € 15/month, € 20/month, € 29/month
and € 39/month: offer valid from 03/10/2023 until 06/11/2023. Under the
condition of activation of the above BASE monthly plans, the customer benefits
from a 25% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the duration of the
subscription after activation. Offer reserved for private customers who do not
yet have a BASE monthly plan; customers with a BASE top-up card who want to
switch to a BASE monthly plan or are coming from another operator, must not have
had a BASE monthly plan for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to
subscription. This offer cannot be used combined with other offers and
promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM benefit.


Offer reserved for existing BASE customers 
Existing BASE customers are also entitled to this discount, but only if they
have been a BASE customer for more than 3 months and if they can introduce a new
BASE customer for a mobile contract of € 15/month, € 20/month, € 20/month or €
39/month. The discount applies to current tariff plans. If the existing customer
has a different tariff plan, they will be transferred to one of the above tariff
plans. Providing these conditions are met, the existing BASE customer will
receive a 25% discount on the monthly subscription fee in the case of a
subscription of € 20/month, € 29/month or € 39/month, and this for the entire
duration of the contract. The discount and, where applicable, the transfer will
be allocated and/or implemented automatically as soon as the new customer’s SIM
card has been activated. This must be completed at the latest 30 days after
purchase.  If the new customer cancels their subscription, the existing customer
won’t be automatically migrated back to the original plan. If the base price of
the subscription is increased, the promotional price will also increase by the
same amount. The existing customer loses his monthly discount if he cancels his
subscription, migrates to a €15 or lower rate plan, or if the customer he
introduced cancels his subscription. Action for existing customer cannot be
combined with other offers and promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM
discount. 

Promotions conditions BASE + Tadaam

Promotions BASE + Tadaam
25% per month advantage on the BASE invoice: offer valid for private individuals
who are customers of both BASE and TADAAM. Valid for new and existing BASE
customers who have a BASE 15 Classic, BASE 15, BASE 20, BASE 29 or BASE 39
subscription, and who are also new or existing Tadaam customers (standard or
premium). Offer only valid for private use. The customer must have an active
BASE mobile number and be an active Tadaam customer who makes 1 payment per
month. A requirement for entitlement to the special offer is the registration of
the BASE mobile number in your Tadaam customer zone. The offer may not be shared
with people outside the domestic circle. If the customer pauses Tadaam, the
advantage will be suspended as long as the subscription is paused. 1 advantage
applies per BASE mobile number. The advantage will be calculated pro-rata. The
offer can be combined with other special offers and smartphone deals. BASE and
Tadaam reserve the right to change or end the special offer. 


Combined offers conditions

Discount on smartphones with a subscription valid from 03/10/2023 to 30/10/2023
for existing BASE customers and/or new BASE customers (who were not postpaid
customers at BASE in the 3 months prior to accepting the offer), while supplies
last.


Subject to the activation of a Based on you monthly plan as of the amount
mentioned per month, the customer receives the indicated discount on the
purchase price of the device, subject to payment by direct debit as well as the
acceptance of a 24-month depreciation table. If the customer terminates his
monthly plan or switches to a lower tariff plan within the first 24 months, BASE
reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the device. 
Offer limited to one device per activated new monthly plan. Max. 3 ongoing
depreciation tables per customer; acceptation of an additional depreciation
table is not authorized, unless the residual value of the discount obtained in
the context of a previous smartphone promotion is reimbursed (by settlement
through the next bill). May not be combined with other offers and promotions.

Free Google Nest Mini with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy A23  

When you purchase a Samsung Galaxy A23 with a BASE20 subscription, you will
temporarily receive free Galaxy Buds Live worth €59. This promotion is valid
from 03/10/2023 to 30/10/2023 (date of purchase) and while supplies last. You
can participate a maximum of once per purchased product and up to five times per
household. This promotion is only valid for participants aged 18 and above.

Conditions smartphone promotions with Data Pack as from 11/08/2023 until
02/10/2023


Offer valid from 11/08/2023 up to and including 02/10/2023, for private persons
and self-employed. On the condition of (1) activating a Data Pack on a new or
existing BASE monthly plan as of €20/month, (2) activating direct debit as
payment method for the Data Pack and monthly plan, and (3) accepting a 24 months
depreciation table, the customer will receive the announced discount on the
price of the device, while stocks last. The smartphone must be paid in the shop
with a bank card or credit card. After 24 months, the Data Pack will
automatically be discontinued.  


Offer valid for existing BASE customers who have had a BASE monthly plan for at
least 4 months without payment delay on their 4 last bills and new customers who
did not have a BASE monthly plan in the 3 months prior to accepting the offer.
Or for existing customers who have had a BASE prepaid card for at least 4

If the customer ends his Data Pack or deactivates direct debit within 24 months,
BASE has the right to demand payment of the residual value of the discount on
the device. Switching to a lower Data Pack is not possible and not allowed. In
case of suspected fraud or misuse of this offer by one or several customers,
BASE may decide to cancel this offer immediately. This offer cannot be combined
with other offers or promotions. 


BASE also reserves the right to block the device in case of non-compliance with
the conditions of the offer. Further specifications around this measure and
