Mold had developed and Dean and his team came in, demolished the already damaged drywall, dried still wet areas an treated the mold. It was a nasty mess which they cleaned up and bagged for disposal. We had drywall contractors coming to make bids on replacing it and they commented it was one of the better jobs they had ever seen as they removed all nails so this would not be a job to hold the drywall people up later."
