THE HOME OWNERS OF OCEAN SANDS

The Home Owners of Ocean Sands is the work of the Governance Committee to
communicate  information to all Ocean Sands homeowners, as is the Facebook Group
(see below).

At the April 2015 Annual Meeting of the Ocean Sands Property Owners Association
(OSPOA), the homeowners voted to form a Governance Committee, made up solely of
homeowners, who will work under the direction of the  OSPOA Owner Representative
board members, Rick Kinner and Al Marzetti. Both owner-representatives have been
nearly unanimously re-elected since 2016.

The goals of the Governance Committee are:
1) Review the current OSPOA bylaws (which have been essentially unchanged since
the early 1970’s) and develop recommendations for amendments that reflect
current “best practices” for HOA management
2) Create a framework for developing Rules & Regulations to guide POA management
so as to enhance Ocean Sands property values and rental income while preserving
the original character of the Ocean Sands Community
3) Prepare the Ocean Sands community to one day manage itself when Coastland
ceases operations

A key part of this initiative is to improve communications with Ocean Sands
homeowners. Which is why we built this web site, why we created and maintain the
Facebook Group and why we collected nearly all owners emails. We want to keep
you informed!
