REGISTRATION TO ACCESS THE DISNEY PARKS


If you have a non-dated Ticket or Pass, you must register on our online
registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the
date of your choice (subject to availability).

DO YOU NEED TO REGISTER TO ENTER THE PARKS?



Have an Annual Pass / Disneyland Pass?



The general subscription conditions of the Annual Passes / Disneyland Passes do
not guarantee access to the Disney Parks when the Parks are at full capacity.
Registration will be mandatory for any Annual Pass / Disneyland Pass. You have
to register your Pass on the date(s) of your choice on our dedicated online
registration tool.

It’s easy to register! Simply enter your Annual Pass / Disneyland Pass number
and choose the dates of your visit. You will need to be ready to show your
registration confirmation e-mail as well as your Annual Pass / Disneyland Pass
to be able to access the Disney Parks on the day (subject to availability).

Annual Pass / Disneyland Pass members can make up to 3 reservations each at any
one time. You can register a new visit date, either when the first visit date
has passed, or if you decide to cancel one of your 3 reservations.

If you are staying in a Disney Hotel or Village Nature Paris, you do not need to
register in advance. Simply present your Magic Pass (provided at the hotel
reception) at the Disney Parks entrance. Important: please check the visit dates
authorised for your ticket or Annual Pass / Disneyland Pass before you arrive.

Want to offer Billets Privilèges : 1-Day/2-Parks tickets to your family and
friends, included in the Magic Plus and Infinity Annual Passes?



- "Billets privilèges" will be available for purchase at the counters of the
Walt Disney Studios Park, only by prior reservation via the Annual Pass website:
https://passeport-annuel.disneylandparis.fr
- Once logged in, the Magic Plus / Infinity Annual Pass member will be able to
select the date of visit and the quantity of Privilege tickets desired (subject
to availability). A confirmation of the reservation will be sent by e-mail.
- The usual sales conditions will apply at the time of purchase (5 tickets
maximum per calendar week), and the number of privileged tickets purchased will
then be deducted from the total number defined per Annual Pass (maximum 10
tickets for the Magic Plus Annual Pass, 20 tickets maximum for the Infinity
Annual Pass).
- The booking confirmation must be presented at the Walt Disney Studios Park
ticket offices by the Annual Pass member in order to purchase their Privilege
tickets, which are only valid on the day of purchase.
- The Annual Pass member must be present at the counter during the transaction.
- If the Annual Pass member also wishes to enter the Disney Parks with his
companions, he must book his visit via the online reservation platform.
- If the number of privilege tickets available to the Annual Pass member is
exceeded, the transaction will be refused and the price of the 1-day ticket at
the entrance to the Disney Parks will be applied with the -20% Annual Pass
discount.
- Presentation of the definitive Annual Pass is mandatory in order to buy
Privilege tickets. A Temporary Annual Pass does not qualify for these tickets.

Have a Park Ticket for 1 day or several days?



If a specific date is indicated on your Ticket, you do not need to register in
advance. You will be able to enter the Disney Parks on the day, according to the
entry conditions that apply to your Ticket.

If you have an undated Ticket, you must register on our online registration
platform in order to enter the Disney Parks on the date of your choice (subject
to availability).

If your Ticket is valid over several days, you must register each visit date
separately.

Coming to the Parks as part of a Hotel + Ticket package?



If you booked a Hotel + Ticket package on our website or over the phone directly
from Disneyland Paris, or via one of our partner operators distributing packages
organised by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. ou Euro Disney Vacances S.A.S., you
will be able to enter the Disney Parks each day of your stay. If you booked a
package from a third party operator, please check directly with your operator
whether or not you need to register.

Are you staying in a Disney Hotel or Village Nature Paris and bought your Park
Tickets or Annual Pass or Disneyland Pass separately?



You do not need to register your Park Tickets on the day. Simply present your
Magic Pass (provided at the hotel reception) at the Disney Parks entrance.
Important: please check the visit dates authorised for your Park Tickets, Annual
Pass or Disneyland Pass before you arrive.

Purchased a Park Ticket via one of our partners (official distributors, CE…)?



If a specific date is indicated on your Ticket, you do not need to register in
advance. You will be able to enter the Parks on the day, according to the entry
conditions that apply to your Ticket.

If you have a non-dated Ticket or Pass, you must register on our online
registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the
date of your choice (subject to availability).

- Each of our partners uses its own ticket format. To find out which number on
your ticket to use, you will find a range of examples of tickets issued by our
partners when you register on our online registration platform.

- If when you purchased your Ticket, you were told you need to exchange your
purchase receipt or document when you arrive at the Parks, please call our
holiday experts on 03448 008 898 (National call rates apply, cost may vary
according to network)..

Do you have a disability, or are you accompanying a person with a disability?



Guests with a disability who are Annual Pass or Disneyland Pass members or have
a non-dated ticket must register their Pass or ticket on the date(s) of their
choice on our dedicated online registration tool (see section Have an Annual
Pass or Disneyland Pass?)

Guests with a disability and their accompanying person who purchase a ticket on
the day at the Park Entrance do not need to register in advance.

Coming with kids under 3?



Children under 3 do not need to register.

What happens if I miss my registered dates?



If you or someone in your registration can’t make it, please remember to cancel
or modify the number of Guests before 10am on the day.

If you do not cancel your registration in advance and do not enter the Disney
Parks (no-show) on your registered date 3 times in a 90-day window, Disneyland
Paris will temporarily suspend your registration access for 30 days (if
specified in the Terms and Conditions of your Ticket or Pass).

Please note, the no-show policy is subject to change without notice. For more

HOW TO REGISTER A DATE FOR YOUR VISIT TO THE DISNEY PARKS

To register, simply follow the steps below and count down the days before the
Big Day!

Log in to your Disney Account or create a new account.

Add your Ticket(s) and/or Pass(es) to your Disney Account.

Choose your visit date (depending on the validity conditions of your Tickets or
Pass(es) and subject to availability). You receive a registration confirmation
e-mail.

On the day, be ready to present your Ticket or Pass and your registration
confirmation e-mail (printed or saved on your phone) to enter the Park(s).

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No worries! You can cancel your registration anytime up to 10:00 am (Paris local
time) on the day of your visit and register again for a new date
(subject to availability). Cancelling your registration does not affect the
validity of your Ticket.
